Take over in the Community Lounge

This is the where it all started. While hanging out in the Slack chat with other members of the SplunkTrust, we were hearing about people getting their talks rejected. And why were the talks being rejected? They were too technical. But these were talks we wanted to hear. So we joked about starting our own conference, but people loved the idea. With the help of some Splunker who worked in secret, we were able to take over a podium at .conf18 and have 14 technical talks. And the speakers blew the attendees away!
